As we enter phase 2 of BC’s Re-start Plan, Rung’s Thai Massage will open on Saturday May 23rd.

In  the coming weeks, we ask our clients to book their appointments by email (rungsthaimassage@shaw.ca) and complete a Health History Review questionnaire prior their visit.

  *** HEALTH HISTORY REVIEW***   


Symptoms include: Fever, Fatigue, Dry Cough, Difficulty Breathing


      • Client understand the above symptoms and that they, as well as their household members, do not have or experienced any of these symptoms within the LAST 14 DAYS.
      • Client, as well as their household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
      • Client, as well as their household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 20 DAYS.
      • Client, as well as their household members, have not travelled outside the country, or to any city considered to be a "Hot Spot" for COVID-19 infections WITHIN THE PAST 20 DAYS.


   WHAT TO EXPECT   


      • All appointments must be made prior your visit.
      • Client Temperature check upon arrival.
      • Clients will be expected to respect the sanitation and hygiene standards and processes within the premises.
      • Clients will be expected to complete a Health History Review questionnaire prior each session.
      • Beverage offerings are temporarily suspended to reduce number of people in the waiting area.


Additional enhanced procedures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19:

      • Time between appointments to facilitate social distancing.
      • Guests accompanying those scheduled for Massage will not be allowed.
      • Each client will be required to disinfect hands upon arrival.
      • All massage therapists will be trained on sanitation and best hygiene practices.
      • Full sanitization of all treatment spaces, clothing, and linens between each service as well as increase in sanitation of the common area.
